What are your thoughts on clothing subscription services? Innovative? Flash in the pan?

Is this an innovation? Or is it a step backward to the idea catalog orders? Part of the difference might be that we now have the power to use machine learning and AI to provide consumers with a product they are pleasantly surprised to receive. But… doesn't that then cross the "creepy line" and make the experience less personal?

While 2019 saw 14.9% growth in online sales revenue, those purchases still only made up 16% of total retail sales. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, will shopping change to be more online?

What innovations will occur in retail–specifically in clothing retail? I tend to think brick-and-mortar stores will have to take on a more unique and personal approach in their stores while also utilizing omnichannel distribution. I wonder what this will look like?
