Thought experiments and plays of #creativity and imagination is a path to develop effective leaders. During the eight days training course we implemented activities and exercises that strengthen some of the basic competencies of a good youth leader: team-building, facilitation, communication, inter-cultural competence and #creative thinking skills. We explored why #creative thinking is considered a core leadership skill and enhanced participants power as leaders by increasing their ability to think creatively. Several methods were combined to explore the topics: inter-cultural learning exercises, simulation exercises, discussions, creative thinking techniques, self-assessment inventories,
reflection groups and theoretical inputs. General aim of the project as to give the participants knowledge, skills and resources that would help them to become better leaders in the future and to be more active participants in the social, political and cultural life of their communities: local, national and European. Training contributed not only to the personal development of the participants, but also promoted exchange of best practices and establishment of new connections among three different regions: South Eastern Europe, Caucasus and EU.
